Archaeologists found more than they bargained for when revisiting the ancient ship wreck where the Antikythera Mechanism was discovered. Among the remaining antiquities on the sea floor, the team found parts of a journal detailing modern events that occured long after the ship had sunk. References to the journal were omitted from the press release.
