Madman Claims Responsibility For Unusual Weather

Sources close to the Australian government have confirmed that a man is claiming responsibility for the recent debilitating weather in New South Wales.  While details about the individual are scarce, officials familiar with the matter have nicknamed him "Mr. Freeze".
